Purpose

1st Call Practice Solutions may use SMS/text messaging for non-marketing business communications with employees and authorized client contacts.

SMS communications are intended to support normal business operations and service delivery.

Employee communications may include:

  • Scheduling updates
  • Shift and coverage needs
  • Operational notifications
  • Reminders and team communications
  • Urgent business or system updates
  • Other employment-related communications

Client communications may include:

  • Service or staffing updates
  • Urgent coverage needs or changes
  • EHR, telephone, or other system downtime notifications
  • Operational or workflow questions
  • Implementation or service-related updates
  • Time-sensitive issues affecting services provided by 1st Call Practice Solutions

SMS messaging under this program will not be used for advertising, marketing, or promotional purposes.

Consent

1st Call Practice Solutions obtains consent before sending SMS messages to an individual’s mobile telephone number.

Employees and authorized client contacts may provide consent through an electronic or written SMS Consent Form or another documented consent method approved by 1st Call Practice Solutions.

Consent to receive SMS communications is voluntary. Employee consent is not a condition of employment, and client consent is not a condition of purchasing services from 1st Call Practice Solutions.

SMS Messaging Terms

Message frequency may vary based on operational and communication needs.

Message and data rates may apply depending on the recipient’s mobile carrier and service plan.

Recipients may:

  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS communications.
  • Reply HELP for assistance or contact 1st Call Practice Solutions directly for support.

Recipients who opt out of SMS communications may continue to receive necessary business communications through other approved communication methods, including telephone or email.

Privacy

Mobile telephone numbers and SMS consent information are collected and used for legitimate business communications and administration of the SMS program.

No mobile opt-in information or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Information may be maintained by 1st Call Practice Solutions and authorized service providers as necessary to provide SMS services, maintain business records, comply with applicable law, or protect 1st Call Practice Solutions, its employees, and its clients.

Withdrawal of Consent

Recipients may withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to a message or notifying 1st Call Practice Solutions.

Withdrawal of SMS consent does not prevent 1st Call Practice Solutions from communicating through other approved communication methods.
